The Talent Aquisition business is led by Ian Povey-Hall. With a background in executive search since 2008, Ian has delivered over 100 purpose driven executive searches across investors, portfolio companies, consultancies and non profits. Before House of Impact, Ian established and expanded the Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing practice at a boutique sustainability consultancy, growing it from a single-person team in London in 2017 to a 24-consultant network across London, New York, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Hong Kong by 2024.
